CONDITIONS FOR SALE  

Delivery: Delivery stalled Is subject to Strikes Lockout, Shortage of suitable Raw Materials. Deficiency of Water, Electricity, Fire. Accidents, other Unforeseen circumstances. 

Validity: Unless previously withdrawn this tender Is open for acceptance within the period stated therein or when on period is stated within 30 days from the date thereof. 

When deliveries are offered ex-stock such offers are subject to prior sale. 

Performance: Any understanding given for performance is based upon our experience and we do not hold any guarantee to this effect. 

Transit: We shall not be responsible for loss or damage in transit and our responsibility ceases once the goods are delivered to carriers or showroom.

 Quantity: When minimum quantity stipulated, it is understood that order for that quantity will be placed. 

This offer is subject to conditions that may be imposed by the Government from time to time. 

In case of dispute the matter should be referred to a court of law in Kolkata only for settlement. 

Price: Not withstanding whatever mentioned our quotation, all our prices are subject to increase of prices of raw materials or components due to levy or increase in duty or taxes by Govt. and will also be subject to any taxes duties, levies, imposed by Central or State Government, Corporation Municipalities etc. after submission of our quotation during execution of your order. 

Accordance to the quotation means the acceptance of our above terms and conditions. 

Refund: No refund will be made at or cost. 

Taxes: Will be applicable as per act. 

Jurisdiction: Subject to Kolkata, West fic, (India) Jurisdiction.
